Ronald serves as Counsel to the firm and focuses his practice on real estate, leasing, land use, business and finance. Ronald has been successful in the purchase and sale of hotels, shopping centers, commercial buildings and other commercial properties.  He has helped clients negotiate and document construction, commercial, and residential loans, licenses, easements, and leases, create and register condominiums, and worked on other real estate related matters such as land use, subdivision and entitlements. Ronald represented developers of large master planned mixed use communities and has also formed, operated, and dissolved business entities.

Prior to joining the firm, Ronald clerked for the Honorable Barry M. Kurren, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the District of Hawaii.

Ronald earned a BBA in Finance at the University of Notre Dame, and received his Juris Doctor degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law where he served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of Law Review.
