Attorney Zhu graduated from the electronic engineering department at Fudan University in 1987. For quite a long period thereafter, he was engaged at a patent agent service center and became qualified as a patent agent in the early 1990s.
Attorney Zhu became qualified as an attorney at law in 1996. Through years of practice, he has accumulated a rich experience in providing legal services, especially in the fields of intellectual property (mainly in patents and trademarks), international and domestic transactions, and foreign investment. He has provided legal services concerning intellectual property strategy consultation, acquisition and enforcement of rights, contract negotiations, as well as drafting of documents, settlement of contractual disputes and incorporation of companies.
