Mr. Cai graduated from Kai Yuan Law School of Shanghai Jiaotong University with an LLM degree.

Mr. Cai specializes in legal services in the field of market exit, including bankruptcy, restructuring and dissolution and liquidation procedures.

He has handled multiple significant bankruptcy and liquidation cases representing clients such as Shanghai Mei Li Hua Resort，Shanghai Wire and Cable (Group) Company, Shanghai Bai Ma Shi Green Energy Company, Shanghai Jin Gu Bao Health Care Company (compulsory liquidation) and Shanghai Ding Fu International Logistics Company (compulsory liquidation). By handling these bankruptcy and liquidation cases, Mr. Cai has accumulated rich experience in:

  • employee relationship management;
  • company credit and debit processing;
  • management, disposal and distribution of company assets; and
  • resolution of shareholders’ disputes.

Mr. Cai is also familiar with the substantive and procedural rights enjoyed by creditors in company bankruptcies and liquidations under the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law, the Company Law and other legal provisions. He has protected the legitimate interests of many creditors in bankruptcy procedures, including participation in an eight-company merger and restructuring case (involving Zhejiang Xia Zhi Yuan Ship Company and others) on behalf of Hong Kong Hao Zhou Company, a six-company merger and restructuring case (involving Zhejiang Zong Heng Holding Group and others) on behalf of Shanghai Jin Yuan Company, and a bankruptcy and restructuring case involving Jiangsu Shun Tian Ship Company on behalf of Da Lian De Ruin Si Company.  

Mr. Cai also offers bankruptcy application services to enterprise clients. Many bankruptcy applications filed on behalf of his clients have been accepted by the court and have resolved practical problems for the enterprise clients in question.

In addition to market exit, Mr. Cai also provides legal consultation services to many large and medium-sized companies to ensure their operational compliance and to resolve various disputes on contracts, real estate, debit and credit and employment.

Mr. Cai also holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics, which endows him with an insightful view of business transactions and their relationship with various statutes and regulations.
