Kendrick has spent his legal career tackling thorny civil and criminal matters, each presenting their own unique challenges. His passion for correcting the wrongs his clients have suffered and improving the legal landscape fuels his zealous advocacy. He approaches every case with the same attention to detail and places an emphasis on communicating clearly and consistently with his clients. He takes the time to thoroughly understand his clients’ needs to effectively curtail and find the best solution for each client. Kendrick believes effective representation begins at the very first client meeting and he strives to ensure his clients feel understood and advocated for.

Prior to joining Ogborn Mihm, Kendrick was a student attorney in Denver University’s nationally regarded Civil Rights Clinic advocating on behalf of incarcerated individuals by challenging the constitutionality of their conditions of confinement. Kendrick interned for the Honorable Jerry Jones on the Colorado Court of Appeals and clerked for the Honorable Sarah Cure in Colorado’s Eighth Judicial District.

Kendrick currently lives in Fort Collins and has two beloved dogs. As a transplant to Colorado, he takes advantage of cliché Colorado activities – hiking, camping, and skiing. Kendrick is also a novice houseplant collector who enjoys watching movies, playing board games, and discovering music.
