Hugo C. Diaz joined Donato, Brown, Pool & Moehlmann as an associate in 2022.
Hugo was born and raised in the Mexican border town of Matamoros, Tamaulipas. Prior to joining DBPM, Hugo worked in a boutique law firm for several years where he gained invaluable experience in litigation. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Hugo regularly represents the interests of domestic and foreign clients in diverse areas of law. His areas of focus include insurance defense, real estate, and construction litigation.
Hugo earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science & Government with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and his Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law Houston.
