Rachel Ratajczak is an Associate practicing in the Retail & Hospitality Practice Group.

Rachel earned her bachelor’s degree in law & public policy, summa cum laude, from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. She completed her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Mercer University School of Law.

While at Mercer University School of Law, Rachel served as a member of the Mercer Law Review as lead articles editor. Additionally, she was a member of the Domestic Violence Clinic. She received three CALI awards in statutory law, Domestic Violence Clinic and bankruptcy law, respectively.

When not providing service to the firm’s legal clients, Rachel enjoys time with her fiancé Jonas and their two dogs, Toto and Eva.
