Eric M. Albrecht is an associate in Barton’s corporate group. His practice covers a range of business transactions. 
He has advised clients across various industries on asset acquisitions, stock purchases, and mergers. Along with his M&A work, Eric routinely prepares New York enforceability opinions for loan and credit agreements. Eric also supports clients with general corporate and securities law matters, including corporate formation and governance, private placements, and SAFEs.
Eric received his J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law, and received his B.A. in economics and political science, with a concentration in public policy, from Kenyon College. In addition to being an attorney, Eric is a FAA licensed private pilot.
