Prince, Yeates and Geldzahler (Salt Lake City, UT) attorney, Matthew S. Wiese, recently presented an estate planning and tax workshop on the uses of Grantor-Retained Annuity Trusts to local residents interested in reducing estate taxes.

Attendees learned the importance of acting now on their estate plans, utilizing the currently available low interest rates. Participants also learned how those rates could soon be gone due to possible tax reforms.

Mr. Wiese joined Prince Yeates in 2010. He works with individuals at every level to minimize the impact of death and taxes.
