Non-Chinese firms need a China patent strategy, as IP litigation becomes more prevalent and fair

Their findings are that IP litigation is steadily on the rise in China, often involving global corporations. These corporations are finding the litigation playing field more fair, but havent yet caught onto best practices such as filing of utility model patents.
