Horack Talley construction litigation attorney Gregory L. Shelton has been named chairman of the Primerus Construction Law Practice Group for 2016.
During his tenure as the construction law practice group chairman, Greg will provide administrative leadership to more than 130 construction lawyers within the Primerus network across the United States. Members of the group handle construction matters ranging from contract drafting and negation to litigation. Greg will be chiefly responsible for the coordination of meetings, seminars and publications for members of the practice group.
Greg has litigated a wide range of construction disputes involving high rise hotels, condominium projects, waste water treatment facilities, nuclear power plants, highway projects and manufacturing facilities. He is board certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in the field of construction law.
