Goodman Allen & Filetti, PLLC (Glen Allen, VA) is pleased to announce that that Phyllis M. Rubinstein has joined the firm as a Partner. Ms. Rubinstein has a long and distinguished career representing clients in complex commercial real estate transactions. She will continue to focus her practice on the representation of developers, owners and financial institutions in commercial real estate projects, including leasing and financing transactions, landowners in the grant of conservation easements involving tax credits, and a major public utility on real estate matters. Ms. Rubinstein has served in leadership positions of the Real Property Section of the American Bar Association for more than twenty years and is a Fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. Ms. Rubinstein currently serves on the boards of the First Freedom Center and the Enterprise Circle of the Jewish Federation of Richmond, and is a past chair of the Richmond

Business Council of the Greater Richmond Chamber. She has also served on the boards of Jewish Family Services and the Virginia Breast Cancer Foundation. Ms. Rubinstein has been consistently recognized by her peers for her work in real estate and selected to “Best Lawyers in America” and Virginia’s “Legal Elite” in real estate and business. Ms. Rubenstein has also been named as a Virginia “Super Lawyer”®, Top Female Lawyer in Real Estate Law by Law and Politics magazine and has been recognized as one of the top 20 women in Commercial Real Estate by CREW Richmond.
