Education

Raphael has worked for 13 years at one of the largest law firms in Brazil. His work focuses on representing domestic and international clients in complex litigation and arbitration, particularly involving business transactions, companies and successions. Donato leads the firm’s practice areas of Dispute Resolution and Real Estate. He holds a postgraduate degree in Civil Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ).

Experiência de 15 anos com questões cíveis em geral, em especial discussões empresariais, contratuais e de construção civil (obras de grande porte), tanto em processos judiciais e em arbitragens, quanto extrajudicialmente. Atuou em outros escritórios de renome.

Professor convidado do Programa de Residência Jurídica da Procuradoria Geral do Estado do Rio de Janeiro e do MBA em Inteligência e Negócios Digitais da FGV.
