Degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (2001), with a Specialization in State Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (2004), LL.M. in Corporate Law from the Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets (2008) and Regulatory Compliance Specialization from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School (2020).
Experience of 20 years of professional practice, focusing on corporate law, especially in tax, contracts, compliance, intellectual property and privacy and protection of personal data, working in national and multinational companies in sectors such as logistics, insurance and communications and in other reputable offices.
