Nick Montague is a partner at Smith Pauley. He develops personalized estate planning solutions for individuals and families throughout Iowa, Nebraska, and Missouri. He guides clients through a holistic approach to planning; identifying specific strategies and implementing plans to meet the needs of the client. He develops multigenerational relationships to ensure the legacy of the client and ensure continuity of planning.

His practice ranges from the traditional estate planning (e.g. powers of attorney, wills and trusts) to asset protection and wealth transfer strategies. He has dedicated himself to continued learning and has attained the designation of Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy CAP® where he developed the skills necessary to help guide clients through strategic and intentional gifting.
