Claudia began her career at Bank of Boston, an American financial institution headquartered in Brazil. She remained in the legal department for 13 years, rising from intern to senior lawyer.
Subsequently, she worked in renowned law firms in the areas of Corporate Law, Capital Markets, and Corporate Governance, representing family businesses, publicly traded companies, and limited liability companies.
Provided advice on securitization transactions, corporate reorganizations, and general corporate activities for companies in various sectors.
With a postgraduate degree ("lato sensu") in Commercial Law from the University of São Paulo – Faculty of Law, in 2020 she was recognized by Análise Advocacia as one of the most admired lawyers in Brazil in the Steel and Mining sector.
In 2022, he completed the Board Member course at the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance – IBGC.
