Mariana Ribeiro has 25 years of experience in the field of Business Law, having worked primarily in two renowned law firms in Brazil and with the same team throughout that period.

She began her career in corporate law, overseeing the entire privatization process of the then Telebrás. She actively participated in the process of easing the exchange rate policy of the Central Bank of Brazil, advising foreign clients with investments in Brazil and collaborating on the entire transition of foreign capital regulation to the current electronic modules. She has worked on large M&A transactions, especially in the areas of healthcare, the chemical industry, service providers, and technology. Working for sellers in M&A transactions, Mariana has extensive experience in providing ongoing client support, including assisting them throughout the   post-sale wealth planning process.

He has international experience after spending a year in Paris studying  business law  at  Université Paris-II .

He also advised foreign financial institutions for a long time on import, export and project finance operations  , including operations insured by European export promotion agencies and international financing with development agencies.
