Attorney. Degree in Legal Sciences from Universidade Politécnica – A Politécnica and Harvard Law School - J.D. and infrastructure, as well as legal reform issues. He was deeply involved in drafting the regulatory regime for the oil, gas and mining sector in Mozambique and participated in the reform of the Labor Law and the development of commercial arbitration. He has over twenty-five years of experience practicing law between New York and Maputo.
