Attorney. Degree in Law from Eduardo Mondlane University. Dr. José Roque Gonçalves is the partner responsible for the Litigation Practice Group. He represents our clients in courts (Supreme Court, Superior Courts of Appeal, Provincial and District Courts and the Administrative Court) in both the public and private sectors and international institutions. It intervenes in the resolution of conflicts through Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation. It assists national and foreign clients in the courts and institutions of the State in matters of civil, labor, commercial, maritime, administrative, criminal litigation, debt collection from banks and other entities. It was 1st. Vice-President of the Jurisdictional Council of the Mozambican Bar Association. He is a university lecturer teaching the disciplines of Labor Law and Labor Procedural Law.
