Graduated in Law from Universidade São Tomás de Moçambique, Junior Consultant of the Tax Practice Group, provides legal assistance in the tax area, with special focus on the preparation of graceful claims, hierarchical and litigation appeals, preparation of legal opinions on the applicability of different regimes tax, preparation of opinions and requests for binding opinion with the Tax Authorities, assistance in registering investments, application of double taxation agreements and international treaties and legal audits. He has extensive experience and solid knowledge in the areas of Commercial Law and Industrial Property Law. Member of the Mozambican Bar Association.
