Attorney. Degree in Law from the Technical University of Mozambique (UDM). Master in Occupational Risk Prevention from the UDIMA University. Advises and manages all matters of work and employment in the firm, from hiring to retirement. He has experience in drafting and designing internal policies and regulations, benefit plans, collective bargaining agreements, training on labor issues for managers, workers and union members. His experience extends to disciplinary proceedings, collective bargaining and collective redundancies.
