She is a consultant to the Finance, Banking & Insurance Practice Group, provides services in matters relating to Banking & Exchange Law, as well as Insurance, with a main focus on the constitution of financial institutions, legal assistance to national and foreign investors in financial and exchange transactions , including the registration of investment projects, foreign investors, loan contracts with the Bank of Mozambique, as well as the preparation and review of financial contracts, guarantee documents from the perspective of Mozambican law, among others.
