Lawyer and Consultant to the Labor Practice Group. Provides legal advice in the labor area, with particular focus on the preparation and review of employment contracts, assistance in fulfilling initial and permanent labor obligations, assistance to clients in establishing work schedules, conducting disciplinary proceedings, complying with hygiene and safety rules at work, in the amicable or contentious termination of employment contracts, including assistance in collective dismissal processes and in the regulation of pensions and social security, as well as in the use of notices before labor authorities, among others related activities.
