Rosina is the partner in charge of the labour area of North Legal with more than 25 years of experience in her professional area. She specialises in labour advice to companies and executives, corporate restructuring, collective bargaining, social security and prevention of labour risks. 

She has extensive experience in labour litigation, administrative conciliations, labour inspections and out-of-court negotiations. She also accompanies and provides legal labour support to the Human Resources Departments of companies in personnel management and in the adaptation to changes and new needs that arise in the evolution of business activity, to clients ranging from small family businesses to large multinational corporations, as well as from private companies to public companies, foundations or associations, with the special features of each one of them. Clients in the sectors of new technologies, hospitality, engineering, services, health, education, logistics, leisure, culture, etc. endorse her experience in the most varied fields. 

Finally, she advises executives, individuals and civil servants in labour disputes with their companies, as well as in the processing of social security pensions.
