Austin D. Estelle is an associate attorney at Moses, Palmer & Howell, L.L.P. Austin focuses his practice on commercial and business litigation including oil and gas, contract disputes, real estate, products liability, transportation litigation, and business entity litigation. Austin regularly assists clients in navigating state and federal law in a broad range of areas. Together with his litigation practice, Austin provide corporate assistance and advises companies on transactions.  

Austin graduated with honors from Texas Tech University School of Law. Austin was active in law school as a student attorney in Texas Tech’s Civil Practice Clinic where he first learned how to handle challenging legal disputes. Austin also excelled in his business law courses under the Texas Tech business law concentration. Before becoming a lawyer, Austin graduated from business school at UT Dallas.

During his free time, Austin enjoys sports, coaching, and teaching. Austin is an avid Texas Tech fan and likes watching football on the weekend.
