Emily is the newest associate to join the firm. Emily concentrates her practice on litigation. As an experienced litigator, Emily focuses on representing her clients both in and out of court. Her diverse practice areas include employment issues, real estate disputes, landlord/tenant issues, and corporate disputes.

Within Business & Corporate Law, Emily is focused on HIPAA compliance and other regulatory compliance. Emily is experienced in assisting businesses to develop and implement HIPAA related policies. She has conducted workforce trainings for both small and large entities to ensure and maintain compliance with HIPAA and other federal regulations.

Additionally, Emily provides exemplary services in estate planning, particularly probate.

Emily obtained her Bachelor of Arts in History from the Northern Kentucky University and her Juris Doctorate from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, cum laude. While attending Chase, she competed with the Chase Arbitration Team and focused heavily on litigation preparation.

Emily has been very involved in Northern Kentucky organizations throughout her lifetime. Through her involvement with the Notre Dame Academy AquaPandas and other local swim teams, Emily has had the privilege of coaching and teaching many local kids throughout the community. Currently, Emily is also serving on the Board of the Northern Kentucky Clippers, combining her love of swimming and the law.

Emily is also involved with Notre Dame Academy as one of their Mock Trial Coaches. Emily and her fellow coaches led the Pandas to a Kentucky State Championship in 2019 and onto the National Tournament in Athens, Georgia where they competed for the National Title.

Emily is a member of both Ohio and Kentucky Bar Associations, as well as the Northern Kentucky Bar Association. Additionally, she is a member of the Salmon P. Chase Inn of Court. Emily is also a member of Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority.
