Vincent J. Roldan is a member in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights, and Banking and Financial Services groups. He has represented parties in interest in various aspects of bankruptcy proceedings and out of court workouts across the U.S. He also represents clients in non-bankruptcy litigation in state and federal courts on various tort, contract, intellectual property and collection matters. He is a frequent speaker and published writer with respect to restructuring, commercial bankruptcy and distressed investing; and the recipient of Global M&A Network’s 2017 Turnaround Atlas Award for Consumer Products Restructuring of the Year (Rienzi & Sons, Inc.).

Mr. Roldan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lewis M. Killian, Jr., United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Florida. Mr. Roldan received his B.A. from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Mr. Roldan is a past president of the Filipino American Lawyers Association of New York; a founding member of the National Filipino American Lawyers Association; a member of the Asian American Bar Association of New York, for whom he serves as a founding co-chair of the Bankruptcy and Restructuring committee; and a member of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, for whom he co-chairs the Bankruptcy Committee.
