Philip Mackson is Counsel in Mandelbaum Barrett PC’s Corporate Practice Group, where he advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate governance, financings, and complex commercial agreements. Philip works closely with management teams and deal counsel on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of middle-market transactions, as well as ongoing corporate matters for closely held and growth-stage companies.

Prior to joining Mandelbaum Barrett PC, Philip was a corporate associate at the Am Law 200 firm Lowenstein Sandler, where he represented public and private companies, investors, and private equity sponsors in a variety of corporate and transactional matters.
