Known for his strategic approach to deal structuring and partnerships, Craig Alexander provides comprehensive legal counsel to developers, investors, and property owners navigating sophisticated real estate transactions.
Craig serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Group, concentrating on complex commercial real estate transactions across a wide range of asset classes, including multifamily, retail, office, and industrial properties. He advises clients throughout the full lifecycle of real estate matters, from land development and zoning to financing, leasing, construction, and 1031 exchanges.
Craig represents a broad range of clients, including developers, builders, investors, commercial property owners, contractors, and lenders. He regularly advises on all phases of a transaction, from contract negotiation and due diligence through loan documentation and title closings, ensuring seamless execution and strategic guidance at every stage.
With experience representing all parties in the real estate spectrum, Craig counsels sellers and buyers, landlords and tenants, as well as lenders and borrowers. His practice is particularly focused on commercial lending, real estate acquisitions, development and disposition, and leasing, allowing him to deliver practical, business-oriented solutions tailored to each client’s objectives.
Craig is the Past President of the Mental Health Association of Essex and Morris, Inc. (www.mhainspire.org) and is a long-standing member of its Board of Directors. The mission of the Mental Health Association is to promote mental health, including the integration of physical healthcare, to improve the care and treatment of individuals with mental illness, and to remove the stigma associated with emotional and mental disorders.
