Jerry recently joined Lynn, Jackson, Shultz & Lebrun bringing with him 41 years of insurance and institutional defense work. He has tried over 40 jury trials and maintains a broad-based defense litigation practice.

Jerry is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota Trial Lawyers Association, American Board of Trial Advocates, Outstanding Lawyers of America, Great Plains Super Lawyers and Defense Research Institute. He has also received the honor of an AV Preeminent legal rating with Martindale-Hubbell.
