Mr. Frazier is an Associate Attorney who focuses his practice on the defense of commercial, construction, insurance coverage, premises liability, product liability, and transportation claims.
Prior to joining Lipe Lyons, Max worked as an attorney in both the public and private sector, where he gained experience in civil litigation. He drafted responsive pleadings, dispositive motions, and appellate briefs.
He has been to trial and defended clients successfully to verdict as a second chair attorney. He assisted in trial preparation, including drafting motions in limine, jury instructions, and has prepared and examined witnesses on the stand. In 2019, Mr. Frazier won a trial lawyer excellence award from the Jury verdict reporter for his work as a 2nd chair in a multimillion dollar defense verdict. He also participated in alternative dispute resolutions, including arbitrations and mediations.
