Kayla Hope is an Associate on Krevolin Horst’s corporate team.

Prior to joining Krevolin Horst, Kayla was an M&A associate at a top ten Vault-ranked law firm where she represented companies in a variety of transactional matters and advised on Delaware business entity law.

Kayla also clerked for Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock III on the Court of Chancery for the State of Delaware, recognized as the nation’s preeminent forum for the determination of disputes of Delaware corporations and other business entities.

While earning her J.D. at the University of Georgia School of Law, Kayla was a member of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and completed several externships, including with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, The Coca-Cola Company, and the UGA Office of Legal Affairs.

Kayla graduated cum laude from Florida State University in 2019. A native of Stockbridge, Georgia, she is proud to be practicing in her home state and contributing to the region’s dynamic business community.
