Fabián Solórzano is our Litigation Director. His practice focuses on complex civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on high-stakes contract disputes, property claims, and cross-border conflicts. He represents both domestic and international clients before Costa Rican courts and arbitration panels.

Fabián works as Head of Litigation at the Dispute Resolution practice at Guardia Montes Abogados, where he represents clients in high-stakes litigation, complex commercial disputes, and arbitration proceedings. He advises on:
