
Collyn DuBose is an associate at Gordon Arata, where he counsels clients across a range of industries on business matters. He brings a well-rounded legal background to the firm, with experience handling disputes, contract negotiations, and regulatory issues.
Before joining the firm in March 2025, Collyn spent three years in private practice. His work included advising municipalities, handling workers’ compensation cases, and representing businesses in litigation and transactional issues.
Collyn earned his J.D. from Tulane University Law School, where he served as Managing Editor of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal. During law school, he clerked for law firms in New Orleans and Lafayette, honing his skills in legal research, motion practice, and case strategy. He also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Paula A. Brown of the Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal, gaining insight into appellate advocacy and judicial decision-making.
