Joel Greer has worked on international dispute resolution for over 20 years in Japan and the United States. He specializes in international arbitration and international mediation, and he has represented many clients from Asia, Europe and the U.S., including in proceedings under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association, the London Court of International Arbitration, the Singapore International Mediation Centre, and the American Arbitration Association-International Centre for Dispute Resolution. These disputes have concerned license agreements, construction contracts, joint venture agreements, and sales agreements, among other types of contractual matters. Joel joined GI&T Law Office in December 2024.
