Taylor Johnstone is an integral member of the Compensation Law team at Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers and is based in the firm’s Sydney office.

She has a longstanding passion for personal injury and social justice, with experience across Dispute Resolution, Community Law and Personal Injury matters, including Historical Institutional Abuse, Public Liability and Medical Negligence.

Early in her career, Taylor assisted with the Special Commission of Inquiry into Health Care Funding in 2024. In her role at Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers she continues to work across a broad range of personal injury matters, striving for successful outcomes for her clients.

Taylor brings empathy and understanding to each case, advocating for her clients’ best interests while providing clear, logical and objective legal advice.

Key Professional Achievements

  • Taylor graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Notre Dame, Sydney in November 2023.
  • Taylor completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law in March 2024. Taylor also graduated with a Diploma of Communication (Journalism) from UTS College in 2015.
  • Taylor was admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in May 2024.
  • Taylor joined Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers in January 2026.
