Chelsea O’Grady is based in the firm’s Sydney and Wollongong offices. She practices across a diverse range of matters for our commercial, private, and not-for-profit clients, including advisory work, transactions, dispute resolution, privacy and technology law, consumer law, strata, building and construction disputes, employment law, and complex estate and trust planning.
She is known for her forward-thinking and detail-oriented approach to complex legal problems. With expertise at the intersection of law and emerging technology, Chelsea offers clients a unique perspective on how best to approach and navigate new and emerging technologies and evolving regulatory frameworks.
Prior to her admission as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2025, Chelsea completed a Bachelor of Laws with Class I Honours in 2024.
