Charlotte McGrath is a dedicated member of the Family and Relationships Law Team at Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers and is based at the firm’s Sydney office, with regular appointments available at our Parramatta office.
Before her admission as a Solicitor in 2024, Charlotte gained family law experience as a paralegal at two city firms. She assisted with parenting disputes, property settlements, divorce applications, and child support matters.
Charlotte is committed to supporting clients with professionalism and sensitivity through what is always a challenging time. Her strengths are that she carefully listens to client’s individual needs and objectives, and she clearly communicates her advice and guidance. She takes pride in delivering an exceptional client service, ensuring that every client feels supported during their family and relationships law matter.

Key Professional Achievements
- Charlotte obtained a Combined Law degree and graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University in November 2023;
- She obtained a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law in May 2024;
- Charlotte was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in July 2024 and to the High Court of Australia in August 2024;
- She is a member of the New South Wales Law Society.
