Alessia Ieraci is a dedicated member of the Compensation Law team at Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers and is based in the firm’s Parramatta office.
Since joining the firm in 2020, Alessia has worked across a range of personal injury matters including workers compensation, work injury damages, public liability, motor vehicle accidents, total and permanent disability claims and medical negligence claims.
Alessia prides herself in approaching each matter with diligence, care and consideration, committed to achieving favourable outcomes for her clients and works to ensure all clients are given adequate guidance and access through the legal system.

- Alessia holds a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in International Business) and a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University.
- Alessia joined Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers in November 2020.
- Alessia obtained a Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law in 2024.
- In November 2024, Alessia was elected into the Parramatta & District Regional Law Society Committee, providing support to local solicitors so they can better serve their clients and the local community.
- In December 2024, Alessia was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
