Abigail Wasil focuses her practice on Michigan no-fault insurance and premise liability cases. She uses her experience preparing pleadings, motions, briefs, and reports in all stages of the litigation and appellate process. She believes attention to detail with timely preparation is the most successful approach to trial.
Abigail believes in giving back to the community. She serves as a trustee on a local school board. Abigail also serves as secretary of The Joseph Project, a nonprofit that connects human trafficking survivors with pro bono legal services.
Abigail is admitted in Michigan, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, and Florida.
