Miriam has been a CCN associate since 2022 and is currently based in the Mexico City office.

Miriam specializes in preparing procedural documents consisting of initial lawsuits that have been approved by the firm's own partners and presented before the competent courts of Mexico City and in Foreign Courts, contributing to the success of the procedures; statements of positions for the offering and presentation of evidence; writs of relief of hearings and,  incidents in the different instances.

She has extensive experience in the drafting and preparation of Amparo Demands, Review Resources, Appeal Resources, and Revocation Resources and has knowledge of all instances of civil, commercial, administrative, family trials and conciliation procedures, procedures before Courts Local, District, and Collegiate Courts and management of affairs.
