Enrique has been a CCN associate since 2019. His professional practice is focused on advising Foreign Trade, Customs, and Tax Law to both national and foreign companies, seeking to optimize their Foreign Trade operations.

It has supported companies from various industries in processing and obtaining foreign trade promotion programs such as IMMEX and PROSEC, as well as different authorizations such as VAT and IEPS certification or the Authorized Economic Operator Program (OEA).

In addition, he has more than 12 years of experience as a trial attorney in the aforementioned matters, obtaining favorable results in audits, administrative procedures, and trials, on issues such as origin verifications, customs valuation, legal importation, and possession of merchandise of foreign origin, tax returns, interpretation and application of international treaties, among others.

He has participated as a speaker at various conferences on customs and Foreign Trade matters both in Mexico and abroad and has participated as a co-author of various articles.
