Elena has been a CCN associate since 2020, in the Mexico City office; where she has developed as an Energy lawyer.

Her practice focuses on providing legal advice on regulatory and contractual matters for the electricity sector, both to companies participating in the Wholesale Electricity Market, as well as to end users. Her experience also includes advising companies in the natural gas and oil products sector.

Prior to becoming an associate, Elena worked at Cacheaux, Cavazos & Newton as an intern since 2016. She also has previous experience in other firms in the Corporate and Transactional areas.
