Kimberleigh "Ali" Ferrando is an attorney with the firm’s corporate, real estate and transactional business practice.  Ms. Ferrando provides legal counsel to individuals and business entities throughout all stages of business ownership and operation such as entity selection, formation and reorganizations, drafting and review of agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions.

Ms. Ferrando received her B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Long Beach in 2017 where she began studying business law and obtained a certificate in Legal Studies.  She received her J.D. from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2020. While at McGeorge, Ms. Ferrando accomplished dual concentrations in business and intellectual property law.

Prior to joining Brothers Smith LLP, Ms. Ferrando gained experience in litigation representing public and private entities in complex civil litigation matters including personal injury, property damage, and breach of contract claims.

Ms. Ferrando is licensed to practice law in California. She is a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association.
