Rebecca joined Bernick Lifson in 2019 with extensive litigation experience in commercial, real estate, banking, and financial services. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in Minnesota state and federal district and appellate courts for over twenty years. Rebecca has successfully represented clients in many real estate disputes, from complex title issues to boundary disputes to challenging and defending foreclosures. Her current practice focuses on commercial and real estate litigation.

Rebecca’s experience representing large corporate clients, small businesses, and individuals provides her with a unique perspective on settlement negotiations and litigation strategy. Her expertise in transactional real estate and litigation provides her clients with strategies that maximize results and minimize costs.

Rebecca has a strong commitment to providing pro bono services to underserved populations and local non-profit companies. Outside of work, her passions include music, theater, art, entertaining, and travel.
