Drew McNeill represents clients in many commercial litigation matters and has litigated cases involving shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, employment matters, and real estate. He has experience in all aspects of complex litigation, including pre-suit investigation, pleadings, discovery, negotiation and settlement, motion practice and related hearings, trial, appeal, and post-judgment collection efforts. His recent litigation highlights include a significant defense judgment in a shareholder dispute, a successful defense of the same decision before the Minnesota Court of Appeals, and obtaining a seven-figure settlement through drafting a successful dispositive motion in an employment discrimination case.

In addition to litigation, Drew regularly counsels clients on employment issues and works with clients to draft employment policies, handbooks, employment contracts, and severance agreements. He also represents clients in other transactional matters such as business entity selection and formation and negotiating and drafting various commercial contracts.

Drew served as a managing editor on the Minnesota Law Review and participated as a student attorney in the Bankruptcy Clinic in law school. Before joining our firm, Drew worked as an attorney with a mid-sized employment litigation firm in Minneapolis and clerked for the Federal Trade Commission’s Midwest Regional Office in Chicago.
