About Don Nogowski

Donald A. Nogowski is a seasoned attorney with broad-based legal and professional experience for Earp Cohn, P.C. (Philadelphia, PA and Cherry Hill/NJ). Mr. Nogowski has been successfully representing individual, corporate and non-profit clients in complex real estate, business and financial matters for many years. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Nogowski's professional experience included more than ten years of service as CEO, COO and/or CFO of companies in the real estate development, technology and manufacturing sectors.

Mr. Nogowski's practice includes real estate development and land use cases, corporate law and business transactions, public finance cases, bankruptcy and business "turn-arounds," non-profit enterprises, and elder law.
