Accounting for Law Firm Partners:

What every partner needs to know

The old joke that we all became lawyers because we are bad at math sometimes rings true. But every partner in a law firm should have at least a basic understanding of accounting principles and performance metrics. Thank you for joining Primerus member Michael Polis of Wilke Fleury LLP as he walked through what law firm owners need to know about financial management. Michael focused on core concepts and key metrics to evaluate law firm and attorney performance. Attendees learned critical practices and methods to ensure that excellent representation of clients translates into outstanding financial performance for the firm.
