Paul Zimmerman, presented a webinar titled "What Litigators Need to Know About the Impact of Cloud Computing on e-Discovery Obligations in Litigation," for ExecSense. Simon and Zimmerman examined the legal issues litigators need to be aware of during the E-Discovery process when clients' electronically stored information is held by cloud vendors - third party vendors that hold a company's data, electronic information and e-mail on virtual servers to be accessed by the company via the Internet.
