Robots Can’t Build Relationships: Why Relational Intelligence Is the Skill AI Can’t Replace
AI can help you work, but it cannot help you network. In an era defined by AI tools, automation, and digital everything, the future belongs to lawyers who master both the tech and the relationships. This session explores why “relational intelligence” is now the most valuable skill for young lawyers, how to develop it intentionally, and how AI can support (but never replace) human connection. Attendees will learn how to build meaningful internal and external networks, use digital tools to enhance connection, and create a practical plan for developing relationships.
