Roe Cassidy Coates and Price, P.A., is pleased to announce that Ella S. Barbery, Joseph “Josh” O. Smith, Joshua H. Hudson, and Townes B. Johnson, III have been named partners in the firm.  Ella concentrates her practice on probate and estate planning and medical malpractice defense.  Josh Smith’s practice is focused on business, employment and environmental litigation in the state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels.  Josh Hudson practices primarily in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and insurance defense.  Townes’ practice centers on construction litigation, business litigation, and creditors’ rights.  The firm congratulates these attorneys and looks forward to continuing to grow and serve its clients throughout the State.
